Heranvi is an independent editorial lifestyle platform for women in India, publishing articles and product recommendations across Beauty, Wellness, Fashion, Career, Travel, and Food & Living.
Information You Provide Voluntarily
Heranvi does not require an account to browse articles, read product research, or use the recommendation experience. The only information you give us directly is what you choose to submit through a form on this site — for example, your email address if you subscribe to our newsletter, or a message if you contact us.
Newsletter Subscriptions
If you subscribe to The Heranvi Edit, our newsletter, we collect the email address you provide. Subscriptions use double opt-in: after you sign up, you will receive a confirmation email, and you are only added to the list once you confirm. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every newsletter email. Our newsletter is delivered through a third-party email service provider (currently Hostinger Reach), which processes your email address on our behalf solely to deliver these emails.
Site & Server Logs
Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure automatically records basic technical information with each visit — such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. This is standard server log data used for security, troubleshooting, and understanding overall site usage; it is not used to build an individual profile of you.
Cookies

Heranvi’s “Find My Match” recommendation experience asks a few questions (such as product type, concerns, and budget) to generate suggestions. These answers are used only to generate that one result and are not saved to a personal profile, account, or browsing history — each session starts fresh, and nothing is retained after you leave the page.
Embedded & Third-Party Services
Where this site links to or embeds a third-party service (for example, an external article source referenced in our editorial research, or our newsletter provider above), that service’s own privacy policy governs any data you provide directly to it. We link to external sites and services as part of normal editorial and functional use, not to share your personal data with them beyond what is described in this policy.
How Long We Keep Information
